March 8, 2014 – Video: South African Police Stripped Nigerian Naked, Beat & Kicked His Manhood In Cape Town

In what many South Africans called hate crime, some police officers and security guard in Cape Town were recently caught brutalising a Nigerian guy on camera.

In the video, 2 police officers and a guard brought down the Nigerian from the back of a truck and stripped him naked.

The guard was spotted kicking the Nigerian on his manhood severally with no intervention from the police officers.

Still unsure what the guy did but some women caught them live on camera at Cape Talk building in Cape Town South Africa.

Watch the video below:

One of the women who caught them on camera was later arrested for interfering and the charges were later dropped.

The woman who originally posted the video to Facebook said, “The policeman came upstairs and banged on our door. He came to arrest me for screaming out the window. He arrested my colleague for interfering and the charges were later dropped”

The Nigerian in the video has been identified as Clement Emekensha, it happened on Thursday.

Why would a man kick his fellow man’s manhood.

My question is why are some (not all) Nigerians hated all over the world.

Some people are just filled with hatred…. God save Nigerians.

We must protest this brutality all over where Nigerians are in the world, else, we must begin to strip South Africans naked in our own country too. An eye for an eye. Tha is the only way we can say enough is enough because our hopeless people in the government have been occupied by the loot of the nation. They do not care about us.

To take heart cos we are been rule in country of no law and coMmitment, even though in Nigeria here ,many foreigners treat us like slaves yet our leaders sit up there and proffer no solutions to our amiable problem and suffering. Our government are the architect of our own suffering and molestation ,they sold our right to foreigners just because of a vanity tinz.let’s stand up and fight for ourself.positive change starts from grassroots ,in our household how do we treat our fellow blood brothers ?let’s ask ourself d question and make necessary amends, then the OGA @ the top will realize their mistake

This is all the more reasons why these south africans need to be bought to check. When the western world were supporting apartheid, Nigeria was bank Rolling initiatives to help break apartheid down. Now these Apartheid rascist thugs cant do that to Black South Africans, they take it out on Other Africans, especially Nigerians. Our Top leaders need to use this as an example to let South Africa know that this will not be tolerated anymore without like for like action. Enough is Enough. That was a very humiliating video.

Lets not conclude yet untill we hear from the ‘carmels’ mouth..

Nigerians are harrased and hated all over the world because we usually engage in heinous and illegal activities in home and in diaspora… I think that it has left a stain on our image as a country. A kind of stereotype. Where every nigerian is seen as nothen but a nuisance and threat to their existence. It is also called a SINGLE STORY! But i dont know why a police would kick a guys manhood. Maybe he he is gay!

The way we present ourselves to the outside world matter most. If we present ourselves cheap to other Countries, they will continue to look down on us. No citizen of any developed Nations can be treated cruelly like this, not even Al-quaeeda people, because of reprisal attack from these people. No matter what heinous crime this guy must have committed, the authority should have followed legal procedures. Nigerians have been dehumanized around the Globe because our inept leaders have failed to perform their duties. All they know how to do is to share stolen money. Nigeria foreign mission are so lazy to perform the job they were being paid for by investigating any sensitive issue like this. Don’t misunderstand me i’m not in support of any criminal activities. If anybody goes out there to commit any crime that person should be prepared to face the prosecution. But what i’m trying to say is We, Nigeria should try to keep ourselves under one umbrella in order to avert global maltreatment like this. I was watching a documentary one day about how America authority was fighting tooth and Nail in one of South East Asia Country to secure the release of an American lady who was charge with Drug related offense to their (America) custody. They eventually secure the release of that lady and told Bangkok Government they prefer her to serve her prison term in the United State. I felt so impressed about how US can stand by their citizens and not ignoring her as our Government does. Nigeria can do the same thing by bringing back any felons to Nigeria and make such individual serve his/her punishment here in Nigeria.

Am living in cape town, this is the way that both the white and black south Africans are doing, especially when they know you are a Nigerian, we are only commenting on the one seen. There are a lot of them like that, I am a student here. But this is too much, even when u walk in the street, ones u are a Nigerian what came to their mind is drug, even their police are worst than Nigerian police now, I have seen many even worst than this, when a south African kill Nigerian, it’s just a normal thing, but when Nigerian mistakenly kill south African in defence, you will see case. Am a Nigerian, I love Nigeria, but I pray God will come down himself to help the country, because the stupid government are their to enrich their own family that will consume by fire by force one day. It’s so painful. I love Nigeria but I hate the leaders of Nigeria. God bless has already blessed Nigeria, na just good leadership we need.

Without necessarily defending police brutality and not ignoring Nigeria`s contribution during apartheid, fact is Nigerians in SA generally do not respect SA laws. Every street corner u will find a Nigerians selling drugs or involved in some illegal activities. Still with this more Nigerians keep flocking to our beloved SA en masse. To stop this brutality, we must kick them out or where it hurts the most.

    March 11, 2014 at 6:00 AM

As a South african black man I do not completely agree with you Leigh let us not generalise. There a lot of them selling drugs here in SA but also have some of them that contribute positively to the SA economy e.g. Doctors, engineers, etc it’s illogical to paint them with the same brush. We both know police brutality here is rife that could have happened to any fellow South african and all races vehemently condemned it unless if you like. That man did not deserve that treatment there is no justification for such humility!

Do’nt Nigerians do the same thing to each other in their own country? ” Okadaman beaten and stipped naked by police “, that is what i once read and it is very similar to this and there was no outcry about it. Not that i condone what the police did to this man in Cape Town, but i’m just asking.

    March 14, 2014 at 10:54 AM

As a proud Nigerian-South African, this is utterly unacceptable, not much can be added to comments from my fellow compatriots i.e Musa,Ope,Red,Jalio and others.Having lived here for more than 10 years,i have personally experienced such blatant discrimination more than i can count but this surpasses all as it is an indictment on humanity and the Black race especially and Black South African that finds this justified should be ready for the day when their slave master will drag him/her by the bakkie!
Nigerians should bare with the black guy in the video as from experience local blacks are so scared of their white counterpart its not funny, but we need to understand their historical background and the mental damage done to their Psyche!
But like most comments the biggest culprit and indictment falls on the Nigerian government who do not value the lives of their citizens home and abroad, As troubled as Zimbabwe may be this can never happen to Bra Robs citizens without reprisal talk-less of an American citizen.
And @ Leigh on a lighter note though this is a serious issue,Yes we sell drugs …not saying its right..but every nationality sells drugs in s.a from the locals to White mafias…At least we give you a choice un-like locals who rape, maim and murder helpless kids and women daily only to get a slap on the hand …i mean really who in their right mind does that ” screwing and killing toddlers”…on the daily! All i am saying is this regardless of your nationality if you are a criminal you should be treated as such according to the laws of the land!
Viva Africa! long live the spirit of Thomas Sankara!

This action did not start started even before they got their independent. 22 years ago when we were the first group of Nigerians living in Johannesburg. My friend was beaten worse then was spiteful as a white police guy throw his mouth spite on me when they put us in their car. Despite taking me to my house in hillbrow and saw that I was a teacher. Yet they put us in prison room full of more than 25 Bangladesh citizens and gave us rice water as food. Luckily I had 400 dollars hidden in my pants which the night security in the prison took and set us free at midnight after 5 days. And we walked straight from prison to a disco club house in commissioner street. It’s been long they hate us so anybody there need to be careful and stay out of trouble. That is the best way to avoid their hatred. South African police are inhuman fools when it comes to Nigerians. They hate us.

South Africans have forgotten so soon how Nigeria and the whole of west Africa supported their struggle during their brutish era with the white regime, today they have turned their backs on us. In the whole world the people of South Africa have been the most backward and uncivilized persons both black and white south african. They are now behaving like Isis. What is in that country that is attracting Nigerians to go there..Is it the way they dress like ghetto peasants ,or their over bushy hair on their heads and private parts full of lice or 3/4 of their population infested with HIV ? My suggestion is simple Nigerians and Ghanaians living in that HIV country should pack and come home .I f their stupid govt and United Nation do not stop these infested HIV animal/barbarians then guess what, we in the West will start attacking their people in West Africa including their Aircrafts and their embassies .I think if we retaliate heavily and brutally they will stop, have they forgotten that we also have strong militants in West Africa?
