Yemi Solade Apologises To Cynthia Morgan “I Didn’t Know You Are A Nigerian”

Saturday May 28, 2016 – Yemi Solade Apologises To Cynthia Morgan “I Didn’t Know You Are A Nigerian”

Nollywood actor Yemi Solade came under fire during the week for tagging fast-rising female Nigerian musician Cynthia Morgan a cow because she used a nose ring.

His fans tongue lashed him for being insensitive by comparing Cythia Morgan to a cow.

The actor told The Entertainer yesterday that he didn’t leave the comment intentionally.

Hear him:

“I don’t know why people would think I would post a negative picture against someone. An artiste from Tanzania sent the picture to me. I saw it and I did not know who Cynthia Morgan is, I have just heard some of her tracks. When I saw the picture, it was funny to me, so I posted it about two nights ago. It was a contact of mine on BBM that called my attention to it that the person in the picture was Cynthia Morgan. I immediately put it down but before I went there, a blogger had picked it up and was making a big deal out of it.

“I am too old for all that. I was just creating fun; I did not even know who the person was. I did not know she is a Nigerian. I posted about 15 pictures that day that I thought were funny including that one. I know the name Cynthia Morgan and I have listened to her songs but I don’t know her facially. If she reaches out to me, this is the exact same thing I will tell her. I don’t know her,” .

  1. You all should free the guy, we all have our own reservations on that picture, even when we refuse to voice out the truth. If she feels she doesn’t look like a cow, then so be it.

  2. Offcourse she not only looks like a cow but a poorly decorated masquerade, real ojuju calabar!

  3. Cynthia Morgan will probably remove the ring on her nose after hearing that she looks like a cow.

  4. cynthia i knw u are not a cow,but considering d ring u put on ur nose am sure u most b slave, bcus d ring u put on ur nose was what we use to identify slaves in d olden days.
