Have you ever come across a man with multiple sex organs (male and female), Saturday Tribune recently came across a man who almost got killed by angry mob in Sapele, Delta state, Nigeria because of his condition.
Apparently the man was found with fully grown female breasts which dangles from his chest just like that of a grown woman, a medical condition common with Hermaphrodites.
Hermaphroditism occur in species in which the individual is born as one sex, but can later change into the opposite sex.
According to Saturday Tribune, the man would have died if not for the quick intervention of security operatives at the scene.
Their (mob) grouse was that it was strange and unacceptable that a man would possess dual sex organs.
Young men near a filling station at the Sapele-Warri/New Road junction tore the man’s clothes, and revealed a very small male organ, allegedly with no scrotum – which to them suggested that he was a hermaphrodite.
Saturday Tribune gathered from some onlookers who claimed to know the man that he had been seeking spiritual solutions to his problem by moving from one church to another.
It was further learnt that at one of the churches, he started manifesting some strange behaviours while for some time he hid his male and female sexual organs from church officials who later found out his status as a hermaphrodite.
The voice and face of the man were masculine even as he was said to also have female reproductive organs.
Men of the Nigeria Police in Sapele, and the other security operatives who were drafted to scene, quickly dislodged the irate mob, who were taking turns to fiddle with the man’s sex organs, ostensibly to further confirm their suspicions that the man was really a freak. (Saturday Tribune)
The man has been taken away for investigation by Delta state police officials.
At Sapele Police Area Office where the fellow was taken, he identified himself as Pastor Henry Enuta but refused to disclose his mission nor why he was naked. All efforts to get words from him by newsmen failed as the fellow only occasionally shook his head regrettably.
Heya! what a poor man. Imagine the humiliation he must have gone through.

What wonder ? is it the man that create him self if not for the corruption in ur country Nigeria that lead to bad health system he would av sort him self out in hospital, it shows Nigeria is till backwards, in Nigeria disable people are seen as evil, in Nigeria you seen a president pardon criminals, people leaves in fear everyday, no light, people graduate from university to become okada riders, senior citizens are seen as witches and wizards, Nigerians most change their ways of thinking and stop these their backwardness, nearly all people in Nigeria are religious but still they do evil things, what a shame, from a distance I feel for a country called Nigeria, I seen youth full of hope, youth full of ambition but lack the support of so called government, if these so called mob av job they wouldnt have time for these evil things or if they were well enlightened they would help the man not by getting angry at a man that did nothing wrong.

Is God that creat him like that, in Abroad the operat him,which way he or she feel like or sometimes the undergo a text to show if he didnt have a woman womb then he is a man,then they take off the breast.but if he have womb then is a woman they take off is penils and he can live a normal life as a woman, why killing him,he is not a kidnapper, robbers, ritulalist or boko harm.he himself is not happy with the condition he or she find himself.

And we try to educate people by telling them how things like this could be which creates an understanding for the difference. My dear young man please do not bediscouraged but rather see it as God’s way of answering your prayers, go on the net you will by God’s grace see an international NGO wishing to take up your case for free. This operation is done regularly abroad especially now where people born normally feel they should be free to decide which sex they want to be (Transgender individuals). I too am Intersex – born with a body neither wholly male nor female. One of the more unusual kinds too (there’s hundreds of different Intersex conditions).
I’m not proud of that. I’m not ashamed either.
I must correct some people here – while (attempted) lynching like that is rare in Europe, no, Intersex people who come to the attention of the local populace aren’t treated well, and even worse in the USA.
I’m amazed at the kindness and compassion in these comments. Only a few blamed him for “causing it himself”. I wish commenters in first-world countries were as advanced as Nigerian ones in that regard.
As for me – I was born looking (mostly) male, changing to look (mostly) female later in life. Most such changes go the other way, from female at birth to male later. It’s rare though, far rarer than someone with mixed or ambiguous genitalia.

I feel for the brother some things we cannot understand how and why but like any other person born with a disabled body part an extea finger or leg this hapans to be his sexual organs let him or her be .There is a reason behind all things and God has the answer I certainly don’t and cannot say that I understand how they feel or what they have gone through..I can only pray that he and those in similar situations find their answer in God .because He alone knows the answer.
