May 3, 2016 – 2 Fuel Smugglers Caught Diverting Petrol From Nigeria To Benin Republic Arrested

Ogun State NSCDC officials have arrested two fuel smugglers caught diverting 33,000 litres of PMS (Premium Motor Spirit) from Nigeria to Benin Republic.

The suspects identified as 37-year-old Aminu Muhammed and 30-year-old Aminu Sanni were caught along Igbogila-Igua road in Ogun State while driving a petrol tanker with registration number Kastina DTS 47 XA to Benin republic.

The tanker has been impounded.
