So people cannot travel without the additional anxiety of whether or not they are safe from kidnappers ? This new attack is horrifying because the general perception used to be that people who travel by public transport are not in a position to travel using more private and presumably more comfortable mode of transportation .
This new facet to hoodlums’s wickedness calls for drastic punishment indeed. So what is delaying the recommended stiffer punishment for kidnapping from being implemented?
