The Ex-MD of Oceanic Bank, Mrs Cecilia Ibru has moved back to her village in Agbahor Otoh, Delta State months after the collapse of the bank.
Central Bank Of Nigeria Governor Sanusi Lamido exposed the fraudulent activities carried out by Cecilia Ibru few years back.
On the 8th of October 2010, she was sentenced to 6 months in prison after 25 counts of fraud.
We learnt the 67-year-old woman has become a very active member in her church.
She is rumoured to have turned an evangelist.
