Is there no law that boat operators should provide life jackets for their passengers? These people were passengers hiring the boats for use in doing their job so the owner and operator of the boat should be held responsible for that omission.please thorough investigation should be carried out about the condition of the boat and the expertise of the boat operator. This is very unfortunate and so so sad.
    RIP to the dead!

Chai this is terrible, how come they boat operator not provide the full safety gear? We always like to cut corner on everything, even when life is concerned, i wont be surprised if the boat is not even sea worthy, what a shame ! senseless loss of lives, i hope the hold the operators responsible for this.

    RIP to the deceased.
