June 29, 2017 – Lawsuit Filed By Evans The Kidnapper Useless As Police Has Warrant To Keep Him In Detention For 3 Months For Full Investigation
The Lagos Police Command who arrested notorious kidnapper Evans on Saturday the 10th of June 2017 has warrant from an Abuja court to detain him for 3 moths.
According to a top security source, the warrant gives police the right to carry out proper investigation before charging the notorious kidnap kingpin to court.
The Human Rights lawsuit filed by the suspect will be nullified by the warrant obtained by the police on Thursday the 22nd of June 2017.

IF THIS IDIOT called Evans is not prosecuted and jailed for life, then Nigerians should be ready to forgive shakau, the boko haram‘s ultimate leader for his many sins against Nigerian and humanity when caught.

Which yeye lawsuit is that? Human right ko, human left ni, so all the people you kidnapped don’t have Human right to live safely in the society, you kidnapped and traumatised them for months because of their possessions and you are here crying for Human rights. You haven’t seen anything yet, Police have a right to detain you while doing their investigations before they charge you to court. Why are you in a hurry to be charged to court? May God punish anyone who facilitate your release and may the blood and sweat of affected people judge them. Lazy idiots, looking for easy money, why can’t you make your money legitimately instead of robbing and kidnapping people.

Police hasn’t got the right to detain him more than 24hrs what police need to do is to take him to court then the court would remand him in prison while the police are doing there investigation. and when never the police need him for further investigation then they would have to go thought the court and at the time is not the police anymore is Evans lawyer and government lawyer and the police can only come to prison to interview him while Evans lawyer is there.
