Oct 14, 2014 – Fatal Accident Killed 10 In Upper Iweka On Enugu-Onitsha Road As Truck Rammed Into 3 Passenger Buses & Keke Napep

At least 10 people were killed yesterday when a truck fully loaded with building materials lost control and rammed into 3 commercial buses and a tricycle picking up passengers at the Upper Iweka area of Enugu-Onitsha Expressway.

According to an eyewitness, the truck suffered brake failure before veering into 3 buses and a tricycle killing some of the passengers and others waiting to board vehicles to various destinations.

We learnt a fatal accident claimed many lives within the same vicinity less than a month ago

The corpses of the victims were taken to 5 different hospitals in Onitsha.
