The result of reckless driving and over-speeding is accident, which, oftentimes, is fatal. This has nothing to do with the government. People have to drive responsibly and caution the driver, rather than sit there and let the journey end in the mortuary. Stay awake throughout the journey and observe the driver, rather than waking up under a parked or broken down trailer. May God continue to watch over us and grant eternal rest to the dead.
