Zulaiha Buhari, the first daughter (eldest daughter) of former Nigerian President, General Muhammadu Buhari is dead. naijagists.com
Popularly called Zulai, she died on Thursday of sickle cell disease syndrome during child birth at a private hospital in Marafa, Kaduna state, Nigeria.
Hajia Zulaihatu‘s sudden death was announced on Thursday by her mourning family.
We learnt Zulai, the eldest daughter of General Buhari gave up her battle with the killer disease during her baby delivery yesterday.
Late Zulai is married to Captain Mahmud Junaid who is a retired Nigerian Army Officer.
Zulai Buhari‘s burial is set for today Friday November 30, 2012
