Unsolicited proposal can also be termed as marketing brochures with no direct relation between customers need or specified requirements.

1.A good business proposal must give a detailed explanation of the subject matter of the proposal in which the need of the prospective client should be taken into consideration. This should come after the title page. It is very important in case of a lengthy business proposal because it will make it easy for whoever is reading your proposal to locate a preferred part in the document.

3.Executive Summary

This state what your prospective client tends to gain once your proposal is accepted. You should make sure your summary is very good because this is where you sell your ideas.

4.Statement Of The Problem

This should express in clear terms the problems the prospective client is facing. Let the prospective client know that you know the issue and this will give you credibility in the eyes of the client concerned.

5.Methodology

Explain how you would solve the problem or how the need of your prospective client would be met and if it is for a prospective investor then state how the fund given would be effectively utilized.

6.Qualifications
