August 23, 2017 – Man Arrested For Taking Photos Of 3 Pregnant Women In Abuja Begs For Mercy, Says The Devil Manipulated Him
A man identified as Alex Owoh has been sentenced to 3 months in prison for taking photos of pregnant women in Abuja.
The 48-year-old resident of Dei Dei Pantaker in Abuja pleaded guilty to one count charge of public nuisance before Justice Abubakar Sadiq of a Karmo Grade 1 Area Court yesterday.
He was given an option of N10,000 fine and warned to desist from such act after he begged the court for leniency, saying he was manipulated by the devil.
He was also ordered to delete all the photos of pregnant women on his phone.
Owoh committed the offence in Gwagwa area of Abuja on the 22nd of July 2017.
