Nigerian Man Arrested In The Philippines For Black, Fake Dollar Scam..Kelechi Christian Ukpabi Jailed

A Nigerian man who allegedly scammed a Filipino Principal of P500,000 has been arrested.
Mr Kelechi Christian Ukpabi, a notorious fraudster who has been posing as a female US army officer deployed to Afghanistan got him victim, a school principal named Roger (late name withheld) after he became his online “girlfriend”.
After collecting the aforementioned sum from his victim, Ukpabi later went further to convince him to buy black dollar (printed money sealed in paper that requires chemical to turn it into dollar).
When Roger suspected he’d fell for the fraudster, he petitioned police against him and played his scammer until police arrested him in the Philippines.
