Nigerians In Malaysia Worried Over Influx Of Anambra Born Sex Workers Into Country
Anambra residents in Malaysia have raised the alarm over number of Southeast girls being used in sex trafficking business in that country.
The residents under the umbrella of Anambra State Welfare Association Malaysia (ASWAM) lamented that the situation had become embarrassing and unbearable to them.
Speaking with reporters in Awka, Anambra state, the Chairman of the group, Mr Okwunwanne Mmaduka, said they were not only fighting the menace of sex trafficking but also kidnappings.
He debunked the claims that every Igbo staying in Malaysia was regarded as a kidnapper, adding that most of them were doing genuine businesses and studying at the same time in the place.
Mmaduka, who addressed reporters in company of his colleagues, said they would meet the Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Alfred Achebe and other monarchs as well as Governor Willie Obiano with stakeholders from the state on how to stop the trend.
He said the group received over 20 complaints each week on the activities of the traffickers, adding that a lot of them had lost their lives in the process as a result.
He also said the group had rescued most of them and sent them back to Nigeria, while some others had been sent to school in Malaysia by the group, noting that the trend was giving Ndigbo bad names.
According to him:
“ASWAM is disturbed by the increasing cases of Anambra State women and girls in Malaysia falling victims of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation.
“ASWAM is therefore, employing community based and state wide campaigns to combat the menace of sex trafficking and other of commercial sex exploitation of Anambra women and girls in Malaysia.
“We are taking the campaigns to our families, communities and traditional institutions here in Anambra State.
“We are raising awareness among our young people, parents, government and the public on the dangers therein.”

Hello Nigerians,
This is to bring to your notice that the president of Finland Sauli Niinisto during is first tenure and is ongoing tenure has been pretending around the world as if nothing is going on in his country. He is aware of atrocities committed by a Nigerian called Adekola Oluwafemi Omoniyi whose nefarious acts committed against a descent and private Nigerian by the name Ayotola on Aalto university campus and everywhere in Finland from september 2016 till now. In 2016 Adekola Oluwafemi Omoniyi made claims that he is a friend of Ayotola from Nigeria, a friendship platform he used to instigate uproar for slander, scandal and blasphemy against him until he made a super mega allegation of terrorism against him in the year 2018. Due to the revelation the Finnish police are trying to conceal from the public around July 2018 which is Adekola Oluwafemi Omoniyi is not Ayotola’s friend from Nigeria neither is he his friend in Finland. Not only that Adekola Oluwafemi Omoniyi’s romantic involvement with a female Finnish police officer upon making the allegations added to the suppression of all channels that could make these massive crime by the government and the people of Finland known to the world. Happenings to Ayotola is well known throughout the nook and cranny of Finland, though there is no Nigerian embassy in Finland but all Nigerians throughout Finland are aware of this as well as I earlier mentioned, this information is public knowledge of which is yet to be published in News papers, on websites and broadcasted by television and radio media either locally or internationally. An inhuman treatment is being meted out to a descent Nigerian in order to save the face of Sauli Niinisto, other governing bodies in Finland and Finns as a whole, hence the silence on this matter. It will be a great wickedness on my part watching these evil unravel itself while the President of Finland keep on moving around pretending nothing is going on in Finland. To validate these claims contact not the Finnish authorities but your People in Finland or make a visit to Finland to experience or have the feel of the ongoing dehumanization of this young man who never committed any crime in Finland or in Nigeria his country of origin according to Nigerians here. As for the unruly Nigerian Adekola Oluwafemi Omoniyi his photos are appended to this post though the reasons behind his action is yet to be fully clarified by the Finnish Police, Sauli Niinisto and other Finnish authorities.
