Omisore Refuses To Congratulate Aregbesola “Falling Down Isn’t New In Politics”
Ife-born Senator Iyiola Omisore who sent a protest letter to INEC after his defeat in the recently concluded gubernatorial election in Osun state has spoken.
The PDP governorship candidate who is yet to congratulate his opponent, said:“We would not be deterred because of the development. What we lost is the Osun State governorship election; we did not lose lives. We thank the Lord for everything.
“In all situations, I will continue to give glory to the Lord because He knows better than us and He alone has answers to all questions.”
“Falling down is not new in the politics, rising up is the strength of a good leader. We shall bounce back. Congratulations to the people of Osun State because we all won,” he added.
Omisore has allegedly turned down a request made by his party people to congratulate Aregbesola.

Its bcoz u hav nothing else 2do with it,u hav 2 accept ur fate! Aregbe may even deserves d 3rd term in office if he continues his gud work o! Father water! Go and stay somewhere!

I agree with U, to fall is not failure to remain in a fallen state,happy 4 u to realise GOD as d final say and has answer 4 all our Whys & Hows and thanking GOD u only lost election not lives is a biggy, i wish all desperate power seeker will learn frm dat instead of instigating children of d poor to start killing eachoda when their children are kept abroad. Ade na only you wise for this comment thread so far. people are so crazy to call him a killer. Killing to every politician is normal. Aregbe can never tell me he has not killed before cos that bastard is an hypocrite. He just bought a mansion worth 300 million in lagos and he keeps telling fools he is Ogbeni. Omisore is wicked and he has nothing to hide about that, thats one thing i like about his personality. To the “all knowing” Jide, Kudos to you! All the other commentators above are unwise just because they have a contrary opinion. And since when did calling just one person a killer just because other politicians maybe guilty become a crazy act? I am not saying Omisore is a killer, neither am I saying he isnt. My thing is, you are criticizing people when your logic is all over the place. Tell us again where you went to school, so we can avoid sending our kids there. State your opinions without insulting others, lest you get insulted. Now let me ask you, what does the appearance of anyone, of Aregbe no less, have to do with leadership? You are chasing shadows man…and you obviously have some growing up to do!
