Father Disowns Son In Rivers State For Joining APC Party

Dirty political game has separated a man and his son in Rivers State.

Ahead of the March 19 rerun election, Chief Emmanuel Anyanwu, a Chieftain of the PDP has publicly disowned his first son, Charles Anyanwu over political differences.

Charles who is a former lawmaker and a loyal supporter of ex-Governor Amaechi was arrested recently after his father lied on him to the police.

Since Charles Anyanwu’s release from detention, he has drawn a battle line with his father.

His father disowned him in a town hall meeting recently with these harsh words:

“Charles Anyanwu is no longer my son because he doesn’t possess character and image of Anyanwu dynasty.”
