President Goodluck Jonathan to begin retreat

Oct 12, 2011 – President Goodluck Jonathan will hold a retreat with the Economic Management Team, members of the Federal Executive Council and leaders of the private sector in Abuja from October 13 –14, 2011.

The retreat had earlier been scheduled to hold at the Obudu Mountain Resort, in Cross River State; but has been changed to the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa.

The retreat is expected to be used to evaluate the activities of the present administration and ensure that the governed reap the dividends of democracy.

“All invited participants are expected to arrive in Abuja tomorrow, Wednesday, October 12, 2011, for registration at the State House Banquet Hall, from 5.00pm,” said Reuben Abati, the presidential spokesperson in a statement.
