I bet you he will surely get more than $1 million dollars. All he needs to do is to have a good lawyer even some civil liberty lawyers or pro bono lawyers will take up this case for no charge. Though, they will eventually get their percentage i.e after settlement. This case should not settle for less than $25 million. Each year that guy spent in prison is at least $1 million. Cases like these always settle out of court.

And this expensive human error happened in”advanced society”. Deliver us from every evil O Lord! There is no correction of this mistake when you consider loss of seventeen good years of the Guy’s life. If he fathered a child at the time he has lost seventeen years of bonding with his child and vice versa. The sorrow of loved ones who watched him tried and jailed all these years while they also wondered at what the real truth is, is untold; the experiences while ” serving time”, the stigma……the travail is endless.
The least the authorities can do is settle the case out of court as quickly as possible with very reasonable compensation to him and not put the man through the hassle of long litigation. Chaaaaiiiii !!!
