Nov 16, 2017 – Stephanie Otobo Absent At Suleman Defamation Lawsuit Hearing In Ikeja Lagos High Court Today

The defamation suit filed by the President/Founder of Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman, against Canada-based lady Stephanie Otobo stalled today as the defendant was absent in court.

Suleman filed the lawsuit against 23-year Otobo, after the latter claimed that she was into a romantic relationship with him.

The cleric is seeking N1bn damages for the alleged defamation of his character by Otobo.

But Otobo was absent before Justice Adedayo Oyebanji of the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja, where the matter came up for hearing on Thursday.

She was also not represented by any lawyer.

Suleman’s lawyer, E.L. Akpofure (SAN), said despite being served with court papers and hearing notices, Otobo failed to enter any appearance.

The SAN said though he had already, on behalf of his client, filed an application seeking interlocutory injunction against Otobo, it was unfortunate that the application could not be taken due to Otobo’s absence.

Akpofure said, “My Lord, our motion is very ripe for hearing but sadly, the defendant is not in court, neither is she represented.

“The defendant has refused o enter appearance in this matter despite the fact that she has been duly served with hearing notices.

“I would have said that My Lord should hear the motion, but I suggest that things be done the right way and another hearing notice be reissued to the defendant.”

Justice Oyebanji also noted that though there was proof that Otobo was served with the hearing notice, she did not appear and was not represented.

He, however, said another hearing notice would be issued and served on her, while adjourning the matter until February 7, 2018.

A CLEAR evidence that she was sent to claim what she claimed and to do what she did. She has no truth.

Otobo or whatever you called yourself, I just wish you are reading this… Judging from your useless name, I knew you were working for satan your master against the MOG.

When you remove the first two letters of your name you have “Obo“ which means PUSSY in yoruba language.

Whether you appear in court in the next hearing or not, you and all those shallow guillable thinkers on this site who were busy commenting total rubbish against the MOG at the heat of the whole drama will never escape the sharp edge of God‘s judgement in due course.

You all can count on this. You all remember what happened to the children of Israelites when they criticized and murmour aginst Moses in the wilderness on their way to Cannan land.

    I take a stroll…

The great Hunter, you need to come down of your high horse the way you are antagonizing this girl Otobo. There are lot of things that has happened behind closed door which were not shown to you. Being a Pastor does not immune him from fornicating with that girl.

After a lot of convincing evidences shown by that girl, her life was threatened including all her family members. That alone indicated that, that guy Suleiman is not a genuine man of God. Going publicly and apologize that the act was a mistake will give him some honor and not completely damage his credibility but, thinking like average unrepentant Nigerian that he can get away with his sinful act makes him looking more guilty and unworthy. I believe he slept with that poor girl and he is not ready to take her as second wife, that was why he gave her abortion drink.

You can continue to follow this guy for all I care but all that I know is, this God of some men is not real. There is a day of reckoning where the thruth will manifest itself then, you will understand all what I have been saying.

Please relate this matter to 1 Cor 6 v 1-6.

This is for us to know who is truly a servant of God.
