The latest news coming from Taraba state is that Governor Danbaba Suntai loyalists have filed a lawsuit to stop the current acting governor of the state (Garba Umar) from taking over power.

If Governor Suntai can’t speak fluently, forcing him to rule the people of Taraba is a mission impossible. The man should return for treatment in the US and pray for quick healing so he can resume his official duty.

While in the hospital Taraba State Government would continue to pay his medical bills and family expenses. Any attempt to engage in power tussle with governor Garba Umar may lead to his impeachment.

As Femi Falana earlier said in his petition, the genuineness of the fake letter purportedly written by the sick governor must be probed.

It seems some political thieves like to rule Taraba by proxy.
