The Agony Of Nigerian 2016 Admission Seekers: Jambites Write Open Letter To Dibu Ojerinde

jambites letter dibu ojerinde

March 13, 2016 – The Agony Of Nigerian 2016 Admission Seekers: Jambites Write Open Letter To Jamb’s Registrar, Dibu Ojerinde

May God Terminate my life, if I,Ademola Afrika #voice of jambites#, Will one day, at any place, by any means, consciously or unconsciously, by my action or inaction, hesitate to SPEAK the fact that your presence in JAMB’s Office, has brought nothing but total regret, misfortune , misdirection , and/ or raised many eye brows.

In fact, truth be told Sir, Your tenure so far has remained more or less, Abysmal failure to JAMBITES (2016/17 Jambites specifically), Nigeria parents / guardians , Nigerians in particular and the world at large.

Mr Dibu, Look at the way you have just frustrated 2/3 of 2016 Admission seekers. You have made dunce and Ignoramuses out of many poor but Intelligent Nigerian 2016 admission seekers/ JAMBites, all in the name of your so called ” marking scheme or whatever”.
I am not against technological development or advancement!

Should I talk about how you began this year examination ?? Of course, you will agree with me that your direct or indirect decision to award 40 extra marks to few candidates after the examinations of 27th Feb, 29th Feb, 1st March and/ or 2nd March, in the first place, speaks volume of your purposeless, compromising , barbaric and Non-enhancing-academic-excellence led administration.

Why will a body like JAMB that serves as an examination struggle to university education go so early to coin questions from 2015 examination , when such questions are available via past questions and online practice. The Questions are still fresh ! , why not go to 1998 or even 2003 to coin questions or above all bring out new sets of questions to make the examination competitive and make our education standard.

This has never happened since the inception of JAMB. You have succeeded in exhibiting and selling your administrative incompetence before Nigerians, Africa & the globe in general. You and your cohorts cannot justify the reasons why many JAMBites are crying every moment, as they check their results.

The selected examination centers are not suitable for such examination , am i to enlarge technical or result issues that occurred at Island computer college, Meiran or Chris tower international school , ibafo , Ogun state , so many candidates complained of automatic log out by the system , absence of questions in some numbers and poor results of 8th march , 2015 not minding the fact that your on screen calculators are just of no use to us. So many centers will experience same issue but it still unknown to me .

God will judge you Mr Registrar! You and your caucus have made many Nigerian children to weep. Their parents/ guardians went through hardship to realise the exorbitant money for JAMB registration. Yet, You have allowed political, economic or whatever affiliation, becloud your sense of reasoning, consideration & academic excellence.

Sir, I must confess, You have disgraced Nigerians & posterity will hold you accountable for the demoralization, pain, misfortune, etc you have / is causing Nigerian admission seekers at the moment .

How can someone read all day & nights, follow up your so called new syllabus, pray, fast, sacrificed pleasures , etc, just for you to give such person 130, 170, 140 and many other incredible scores as result ! I am disappointed ! We are Disappointed in you.

Finally, Tell Nigerians & the world why Someone will be getting 20, 30, 40, marks in a subject he or she read thoroughly. You & your colleagues have have killed many Jambites joy this year, But God hasn’t.

Am sure that admission seekers who are anyhow or somehow related to you do not experience any admission or examination stress , that could be the reason why you don’t know how it feels or looks to patronize your board every year and be at home for a whole year

Mr Dibu , very courageous to say , your administration is biting out the dignity and excellent results the educational sector of our dear country is yielding.

A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking because her trust is not in the branch but in her own wings.

Your so called results is not the definition of our future because of our trust in God.
Remember sire……………….

When a bird is alive it eats ant , when the bird is dead ……. Ants eat the bird ………….
Time and circumstances can change at any time . don’t devalue or hurt anyone in life. you may be powerful today but remember time is more powerful than you .

One tree makes a million match sticks !
Only one match stick is needed to burn a million trees !
So be good and do good ….

GOD IS WATCHING YOU SIR.
**** JAMB 2016 is not a real definition of a real exam ****
……. BAD BELLE IS ALLOWED

NIGERIAN UNIVERSITIES ARE DIFFICULT TO ENTER YET THEY PRODUCE GRADUATES THAT CAN’T CONTRIBUTE ANYTHING TO NIGERIA AS A COUNTRY…. TAKE NOTE…THESE PRODUCT ARE PRODUCED BY CHINESE…. TOOTH PICK,, TOYS, INKS, ETC. IN FACT EVEN THE SMALLEST THING YOU CAN THINK OF ARE NEVER PRODUCED BY NIGERIAN GRADUATES. NOW, NIGERIAN UNIVERSITIES ARE THE MOST USELESS IN THE WORLD,, BECAUSE THEY ONLY TEACH THEORIES NO PRACTICALS YET THEY ARE STINGING WITH THERE ADMISSION…. FOR YOUR INFORMATION,,, NO RECOGNIZED INSTITUTION IN UK OR US OR JAPAN WOULD EMPLOY A NIGERIAN GRADUATE DIRECTLY INTO HIS COMPANY WITHOUT PASSING THROUGH A COURSE! BECAUSE WHAT YOU LENT IN NIGERIA IS USELESS YET THEY ARE STINGING WITH ADMISSION. MOST GRADUATES FROM NIGERIAN UNIVERSITIES HAS BECOMES CRIMINALS BECAUSE THERE IS NO JOB AND THE SCHOOL THEY WENT TO IS NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH FOR THEM TO INITIATE THEM TO CREATE JOB FOR THEMSELVES. THEY END UP PRODUCING CRIMINALS FROM THE UNIVERSITIES.

I am tempted to say that several ways have been deviced to dupe Nigerians of their hard-earned money. In just the same way of that infamous immigration scam that claimed the lives of many Nigerians, I am afraid that JAMB had been doing the same thing and going home free without confrontations from Nigerians. The difference is just that people have not died. But with conditions that ensure that students fail, the exam body has denied many people several opportunities. The following year, those who had failed in the previous exam would register again with fresh students, translating to more profit for the organisation, and that continues.

When I first look at the picture of this Dibu Ojerinde, I almost mistaken him for our John Okafor aka (Mr. Ibu), as they somewhat look alike. Again, if u remove “D“ from -Dibu- u have Ibu.
    Just my observation sha.

Now, this is my take on the topic at hand.
There is nothing that can sink a country faster in the ocean of developments in this competative time in life than allowing corruptions to dictate the tune in the Academic sphere.
May God deliver this country of ours, and faster too.

    Till then, I take to…

Nigeria is full of bribery and corruption. Who knows, he is making a lot of money from all these and frustrating the intelligent aspirants and admission seekers. God will surely judge those making admission very difficult for aspirants to gain.

I would hv been the first person to write this letter. Honestly, this year jamb is a total mess. The centre use was now suitable. Most centre experienced a lot of technical fault and time scheduled was affected due to that problems. I wonder what type of marking scheme They use. My husband niece studied so hard that i expected least 350, she said though her centre experienced lot of technical fault (9/03/2016), that she wrote so well and the question were repeated from recent past question especially English. Only for her to check her result and saw a total of 175(33 in English). In fact she almost fainted. Why will jamb award 40 marks to some. Why not award the marks to everybody that wrote jamb( due to this errors) and allow them proof this scores in POST UME. Honestly, i saw intelligent one falling which the others just been lucky. This year jamb showed me that exam is not the time that of knowledge (in nigeria). Pls if jamb cant so something about these their electronic whatever, we better go back to our pencil and shading. They never get time set exam, i wonder how They will have time to marks. I remember our university days when you well not write exam but you well get a scores. That means the lecturer use the class register to award scores as he prefers.

Dibu, you have a question to answer, either here on earth or in heaven. Why not create an avenue for all the candidates to cross check what they wrote and see how they failed or passed?

I didn’t go to university till today cos I scored 20marks less the cut-off marks.Go to western world it’s not hard to get to vasity the way Nigeria schools are handling the whole admission.

the one that pushed me to conclude that jamb is a nightmare is of a girl who could not made it to write due to time constrain later scored 190! DIBU, where is her mark manufactured from? she is very bold to tell the public that Jamb is confused and devasted! Oga Dibu, we are waiting to hear from you soon.
