Police killed a suspected kidnapper, identified simply as Victor in Delta State few days ago while trying to pick up ransom. Delta state Police Commissioner, Zanna Ibrahim, who disclosed this in Asaba on Sunday said Victor was killed on Benin bypass while his accomplice, Emmanuel Tariuwa, was arrested.
