“I dated my girl for three years without sex. For her, I decided to remain celibate because she wasn’t ready for it.

We however fixed our wedding date. On my bachelor’s eve, my friends were around with their girlfriends.
I really wanted to have my woman to myself that night and I spoke to her about it but she turned me down as usual and begged me to wait a little longer. I agreed after all, we would be married soon.
At last D-DAY finally came and I was waiting patiently for the wedding ceremony to be over.
At 6pm, we were home relaxing. I called my wife and asked that we take a shower together, she said she was shy and cannot come. I didn’t force her.
She however had her bath first and I had mine later. When I finished, I came out to meet my wife asleep.
I joined her in bed, kissed her and she woke up. I’m not even sure she was really asleep. I started making advances because I really needed it. I had waited for too long.
My beloved wife started crying and begging me to wait till nightfall, that she needed to get some rest and when she wakes up, I’ll do all I so desire to do with her. I couldn’t hold it anymore but I managed to control the urge.
Around 9pm, we heard a knock on the door, and the person behind said he had come to drop a parcel sent to us by my mother.
I went to get the door and I was shocked to see five armed men in mask.
I begged them not to harm us. They asked for money but we had no money at home, after all we just got married.
To cut the story short, these men took turns in raping my wife.
She got disvirgin by the first right in front of me. Right in my own eyes.
I couldn’t bear it. I cried as I watched those heartless men force themselves on my wife.
They didn’t leave her until she was unconscious. After the entire tragedy, I called neighbours and we rushed her to the hospital.
After two days, she regained consciousness. I made sure she was fine.
But really guys, I cannot forget that day, My wife was disvirgined right in my presence.
I can’t touch her no more, i don’t even crave for her anymore.
I cannot live with her anymore. I want to file a divorce already. What would you advise me to do?”

This looks like a set up or retaliatory move, at this point, think about it very well and do what will make you happy. This is got to be the handi-work of people that are close to either of you, young man, the world is teaching you a lesson; the world will use the information they know about you to fight and truncate your situation. Make sure you speak to elders in your family, I cannot say much because I don’t know you personally or your environment.

You are in a very difficult situation and I sympathize with you and your wife. It’s not an easy thing to watch five men (not even one) rape your newly wedded wife. With prayers and counseling, time and patience will heal the physical and emotional damage. You both need a lot of support and prayers, not condemnation. Not one of us can feel your pain and agony because we did not experience it. Remember the vows you took before God to stand by each other through thick and thin. Would she have abandoned you had something drastic happened to you? She kept her virginity for you. That is a virtuous woman and the Bible says that he who finds a wife (a real woman), finds a good thing and obtains favor from God. Do not forsake your wife so you won’t fall into disfavor with your Creator. God will see you through. Amen

You are in between a rock and hard place. O my God knows why she was denying you sex even on your wedding day and after the wedding. Virgins who deny their partners sex always give it up on their wedding night but in her case even after the wedding she still deny you sex. Either she is afraid of sex or she was never a virgin. Period. As for the bastards the raped her, the God oh thunder will not let them free. God will never forgive them. Nothing is more painful than have your wife raped in your presence and there is nothing you can do because the perpetrators are armed. It was a calculated act. Did you ever confide in any of your friends that your wife is a virgin and has refused you sex? Or has she confided in any of her friends that she has been denying you sex? If there is anyway you can uncover the rmwho the rapists are, quietly deal with them if you know what I mean.

I can reason with Danti and Celestine. Women’s trick is mighty. Unless her husband was sure of her disvirginity that night, is the only way to vindicate her from that.
As for set up, that’s another possible case. Most likely someone close to them enough did this especially if they never experienced armed robbery before . I suspect her ex or secret admirers.

Celestine, that was very reckless, thoughtless and callous indifference to the plight of a fellow human being. So she would allow 5 men (1,2,3,4,5) men rape her until she passed out and was rushed to the hospital on her wedding night to cover up something? Do you have daughters and women in your family? Be careful what you say and wish for others, lest a worse predicament befalls you. Even the Royal Family don’t marry virgins anymore so she didn’t have to put herself through that ordeal to cover up, or worse, get infected with HIV. I hope you ask for forgiveness or face the consequences some day.

MAN, TRY and take back your wife, no matter how difficult it is for you. Those of them calling you names just like the sound of curse on their lips. But to think that you had waited this long, and had been even made to wait again on your wedding night, I hate the kind of thoughts that fly in my head.
BE THAT AS IT MAY, I would be that last man to advice anybody to divorce their spouses, because there is truly no way out of marriage. Divorce is not the end of marriage, but we have erroneously believed it is. I shall write naijagist on this very topic asap. But in the mean time, take back your wife, and try and comfort her. Hey my brother. What can i say? Even as i doubt the lady was a virgin, it is still not a punishment for getting raped.
Rape is a very traumatizing incident that could otherwise ruin her life also. Some type of intervention in form of prayers should be administered on both of you. If you think the stigma is on her, it follows you too. To me, there is no shame there. Some people even use it as a way not to marry a lady as though she allowed it. So please, whatever the case may be, take some time and let her back in. You wouldn’t want to wish this on your sister or friend. The foundation of this marriage is already faulty so prayers are crucial. Speaking from experience, i was stripped and almost raped by 5 guys myself though not on my wedding night. Its been over 15 years ago and i occasionally relive the scene. It was only God who got me out. How degrading it was and heartless they were. i was a virgin then so they could not penetrate while in state of confusion and hurry. God saved me and i believe He can save your marriage too…. I SUSPECT IT IS SOMEONE U CONFINDED IN THAT YOUR WIFE IS STILL A VIRGIN WHO IS EITHER JEALOUS OR HATES EITHER OF U.
