The above picture was taken at the Hakkeijima Sea Paradise aquarium in Yokohama in Tokyo, Japan.
A 9-year-old sea lion named Jay was spotted painting a Chinese character reading “the Serpent” at the aforementioned aquarium.
The event marks the upcoming Chinese Lunar year celebration that is scheduled for Feb 9 & 17 of 2013.
