9-year-old Korede Taiwo has been adopted by Ogun State First lady Olufunso Amosun.
The innocent boy who was allegedly chained and left hungry for weeks is currently admitted to the Federal Medical Center in Abeokuta.
His father and step mother have been arrested.
Amosun’s wife, who visited the hospital yesterday, disclosed that Buhari’s wife had called her, out of compassion, to enquire about the condition of the boy.

a lot of this kind of children are all over the place in our rural areas many family are in hungry some go to bed hunger for more than 9 days pls Mrs Buhari call for more politicians play it only in issues that will give you more chance

Give credit to whom credit is due. Any effort to help this poor boy is welcome. It is difficult to believe the boy is NINE. He looks four years old at most. Just sad that a child is subject to what he has passed through.
