May 6, 2016 – Monalisa Chinda To Single Nigerian Women: At 35 Men See Us As A Dead Engine

After two failed marriages, Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda who gave marriage a try again recently revealed why she almost gave up on her husband, Mr Victor Tonye Coker.

Hear what the actress cum TV show host said in an exclusive interview in the May 2016 issue of Genevieve Magazine:

“Truthfully I had categorised all men as the same useless idiots (pardon my French). I am happy that I feel differently now. Marriage is always a better option for any woman who is single in this country. Forget 30, once you attain 35 and counting, men in this country call you a dead engine,’

If the indigenes see you as “dead engine” , there is always the option of marrying a foreigner if you find him attractive and good for you..

@ Sola Olaniyi, not all will be lucky to marry in their twenties. We cant be faster than our destiny. Some will have to marry late. Most important is for one to have a blissful marital life. WE cant be ahead of our shadows.

You don’t have to say that about all men in this country because many of them are looking for matured women of that age and above for marriage. Many of them are single fathers also looking for matured women not small girls with low understanding. So even a lady of 40yrs and above have hope.

Sola Olaniyi, if Mr. Right doesn’t come along do you force yourself on a man and end up being retched and broken?

Sometimes, being over selective will definitely lead to late marriage or nothing. Monalisa Chiinda is such a fine babe I would not like to light her up with some insults.
