December 3rd, 2016 – Fuel Tanker Fire Explosion Claims 14 In Tegina Town, Rafi LGA Of Niger State
At least 14 person died yesterday in a tanker explosion that happened in Tegina, a town located in Rafi LGA of Niger State.
According to NAN, the tanker taking petrol to Kaduna from Lagos lost control and rammed into some houses in the town.
People who got trapped in the buildings and some hawkers died on the spot while 5 others who sustained injury were rushed to Tegina General Hospital for treatment.
What a tragedy! May the departed souls rip.
