April 24, 2016 – Pictures: Tipper Driver & Motor Boy Die While Trying To Avoid Collision With Fulani Herdsmen In Abeokuta Ogun State

Pictured above is the scene of a fatal crash that happened at Obada Oko axis of the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway in the early hours of today Sunday the 24th of April 2016.

A DAF truck driver and his motor boy died while trying to avoid collision with some Fulani Herdsmen around 2:00am today.

The unidentified truck driver only sighted the herdsmen and their cattle on the expressway at the last minute and while attempting to apply his break he lost control.

The truck with registration # KJA 168 XP veered off the road and crashed into the bush.

The driver and his motor boy died instantly.

One of the cows reportedly died in the process.

The remains of the deceased have been deposited at Ifo General Hospital morgue.

It is high time the government regulate the activities of these herdsmen.

It’s hard for any discerning mind to believe that the driver and his motor boy died directly from the accident yet their truck has no significant damage. How come the severe injuries? How could you erase any suspicion that they were killed by the Fulani herdsmen for killing their cow in the accident. The injuries on the legs and arms of the driver and his motor boy is an indication that they were killed or butchered by the Fulani herdsmen. I am too smart to be stupid. The Fulani herdsmen must be called to order and their excesses checked. Nonsense.
