The video highlights a blind Grade 5 student who hail from Davao Oriental.
In the viral video, the girl who appears to be blind is seen singing the Miley Cyrus hit. holding a microphone in one hand, she appears to be reading the lyrics with the other hand while performing.
The girl named Joyce Jimenez is gradually becoming a star for her emotional rendition of the hit song.
Joyce sang the song like an angel as she reads the lyrics with the other hands.
She is really talented.
