Hollywood actress Jada Pinkett Smith has started spilling serious tea over her husband, Will Smith’s first divorce and the cause of his separation with his first wife, Sheree Fletcher.
In the first episode of her Facebook Talk ‘Red Table Talk’, the mother of two opened up on what she did wrong in the beginning of her romance with Will Smith.
She confessed this to the first guest of her show, Will Smith’s ex wife, Sheree Fletcher .
“Because I did not understand marriage, I did not understand divorce, I probably should have fell back,” the actress admits.
The two who raised a blended family were able to put their past behind and became friends.
Fletcher later reached for Jada’s hand and said “thank you for loving my baby.”, referring to Trey Smith, the only child her marriage with Will Smith produced.

Sit down there and be the typical judgemental nollyfoolishness fan accepting and rejecting naija actors spouses like they called you to be a referee. Will and Jada have been married 2decades and you are sitting ther ‘trusting’, dont go and face your own marriage if you have one

Hmmmm. I suspect this confession thing is like a bout of coughing, involuntary and once it attacks there is no holding back and no peace until you cough it out. Good luck to the “confessors” . Personal opinion though is that certain things are better left unsaid.

No matter what you call this, for show or money…believe me,this lady has freed her inner-self and God has forgiven her, you don’t need pastor,priest or imam to confess……. the weird life her two children are living must have forced her to do this confession..
MONEY is not everything, always pray for peace of MIND,it’s very important.

Jada now realized she snatched Sheree from Will in the 90’s after giving him two children. I was really felt for that lady at that time when Will Smith dumped and swapped her for Jada.
It takes a high level of maturity to forgive someone who took away your joy only to come back later to apologize. Well I’m not going to judge here but one thing that is certain is, what goes around comes around.
I’m suspecting that Jada is about to face similar situation and she already sensed that, that is not going to be a pleasurable experience. Treat people as you want to be treated.

My own take on this is that maybe Jada wants a way to opt out of the marriage and grab whatever she could; that is the American way of life and their definition of marriage. That her marriage lasted two decades is a milestone. The average American marriage lasts 5 to 10 years and they part ways and the woman takes whatever she can from the man and look for another stupid man to prey on. Maybe she said that to make Smith mad and say or do something so she can file for divorce. Remember she once filed for divorce about 5 years ago but after some counseling, withdrew the divorce.
