Like they did during the Presidential election, some thugs today attacked INEC headquarter in Katsina state and carted away election materials.
The hoodlums also destroyed some voting materials today in a bid to stop people from voting their candidates of choice.
This was made known by the Situation Room Nigeria, a civil organization monitoring elections in Nigeria.
