The notorious oil pipeline vandal supplying gun to billionaire kidnapper Evans has been arrested.
The suspect, Suoyo Dickson popularly called Hustler was nabbed by NSCDC operatives in Southern Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa state on Friday the 16th of June 2017.
Before his arrest, Evans told police Suoyo was hired to buy arms and ammunition from the creeks for his kidnap and armed robbery operations.
