A social media user has narrated how his mother survived a fatal accident that involved a luxury bus carrying passengers and a truck.

According to the source, the fatal crash which happened at Kwali area of Abuja claimed the lives of 6 people with as many as 69 injured.

The bus driver lost control and plunged into ditch while attempting to overtake a truck.

6 passengers trapped in the bus died before help arrived.

The corpses of the victims were deposited at Kwali General Hospital while the 69 survivors were rushed to two private hospitals in Kwali and Gwagwalada for treatment.
