October 13, 2017 – President Buhari Told Us To Focus On Northern Nigeria – World Bank President, Jim Yong Kim

World Bank President, Mr Jim Yong Kim revealed yesterday that the bank is putting all her resources in the Northern part of Nigeria on the instruction of Mr President.

Mr Kim and the MD of IMF (Int’l Monetary Fund) Christine Lagarde advised President Buhari to invest in things that would grow the economy.

Here is what Kim said in a press conference in Washington DC yesterday:

“You know, in my very first meeting with President Buhari he said specifically that he would like us to shift our focus to the northern region of Nigeria and we’ve done that. Now, it has been very difficult. The work there has been very difficult. I think Nigeria, of course, has suffered from the dropping oil prices. I think things are just now getting better.

But the conversation we need to have with Nigeria, I think, is in many ways related to the theme that I brought to the table just this past week, which is investment in human capital. The percentage of the Gross Domestic Product that Nigeria spends on healthcare is less than one percent.”

Well, there is no need to insults this man, he loves his people and the region. When we put Obasanjo in, he chastised his people and the region while Jonathan refused to do anything tangible for his people and the region. Folks are free to point dirty finger at their regional leaders; bunch of overrated morons!

@Danti, you may have some truth at what you said but the two ex-presidents you mentioned, Obasanjo and Jonathan are nationalists. They have the interest of all Nigerians at heart but this current president, Buhari is sectionalist. He cares only for his Northern people. Take a look at his appointments and you will see. He systematically retired virtually all South South and South East with a some South West military officers and replaced all of them with his Hausa/Fulani kinsmen. Recently, look at the appointments at the NNPC which is now known as “NORTHERN NIGERIA PETROLEUM CORPORATION” and all are his kinsmen. Qualification means nothing in Nigeria now. All or almost all his people he appointed are not qualified to hold their positions. We have not seen anything yet. That is why he is hell bent on trying to suppress the Igbos because he knows if he succeeds in that they (Hausa/Fulani)will have a cake walk over others.

How can a nation move forward and realize it full potentials without the inclusion of other member states that are packed with men of foresight and economic guru? Southeast have been completely sidelined and rendered unqualified to fit into any key appointment in the country’s political structure. In fact, telling the IMF to focus there economic stimulus package on the northern part of the country is a total slap in the face of top yoruba politicians from the southwest who fully supported and stuck with president Muhammadu Buhari during his rigorous campaign exercise that latter saw him elected as the president of Nigeria. His statement to the IMF shows that the unity of the country he claimed to be non-negotiable is a malicious lie meant to blindfold the unsuspecting ones of the unlawful diversion of our resources to enrich his northern region. He has come to ruin the nation to it complete end. No nation will develop or survive when there is a clear blockade of economic opportunity that should benefit the entire country for it sustainability.
The earlier people realize his evil intent toward the entire nation the better for them.

This is why I get hurt when people deceive themselves with this one Nigeria anthem. Because we know very well that we don’t love each other. Look at a whole president of a nation diverting the whole country’s gift to only his people . imagine the NNPC appointment. There are ten things I hate and nine of them is Buhari.

I am unfortunate to find myself in this generation. If our fathers could fight the whites to give us independent why will the west, the east and south senators not fight Buhari to give us independent? Please is tinubu and Amechi still in Nigeria?
