50 cent has filed for bankruptcy protection.
The application was filed by his lawyer in Connecticut today with reported debts between $10 to 50 million.
The 40-year-old rapper was recently ordered to pay $5 million to a woman after he allegedly added commentary to her sex tape and posted it online without her permission.
The rapper’s current net worth is $155million.
