January 7, 2016 – US Gives Nigerian Military 24 MRAP, Bomb Proof & Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicles Worth $11 Million
The United States of America today announced that she has donated 24 MRAP vehicles to the Nigerian military.
The 24 Mine Resistant, Armor-Protected vehicles valued at eleven million US dollars were donated to the Nigeria’s military as part of US commitment to help Nigeria and neighboring countries overcome Boko Haram.
This was made known today by Temitayo Famutimi of the US Department of State.
