April 13, 2015 – INEC Refuses To Declare Okorocha Winner, Says Imo State Governorship Election Inconclusive

Few minutes ago, Chief returning officer for INEC in Imo state, Professor Ibidapo Obe declared the election as inconclusive due to massive cancellations of voting results in some wards and pollling units.

Obe said it will be unfair to declare Okorocha the winner as voting didn’t take place in many Local Government Areas.
