To confirm the ongoing rumour surrounding her 2nd pregnancy, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram few hours ago to tell fans she is smiling on the inside.
Before now, Media Takeout said Kim Kardshian’s second pregnancy is the biggest news of the year.
The union between Kanye West and Kim K is blessed with a beautiful baby girl, North West.
North West was born at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on the 15th of June 2013.
She is now set to become a big sister.
