Victor Akande, the lawmaker representing Ojo I Constituency in Lagos State House of Assembly, who described himself as the last standing PDP man in the House has defected to the ruling party.
Akande told the Assembly on Monday that he made the decision because the opposition party had 4 factions.

This is Nigerian polities for you, seems PDP is not in power those thief in PDP will defect to ruling party APC and whenever PDP back to power they will also back to PDP. Idiot selfish people

Why won’t they defect to APC party. APC party has opened up it arms and has become a save haven for corrupt politicians trying to flee from prosecution. Check carefully the APC party, you will come to discover that so many people that made up it members have cases of corruption charges leveled against them by the EFCC that are yet to be treated in the court. And you want this nation called Nigeria to move forward? When we fully know and recognized people that have stole our money and yet be honorably received and be given special role to play in the ruling party and still under the very watch of the APC led-government and we will end up calling this a country that is their for the interest of development and for the masses ? APC party is a huge scam that is set up to cripple the Nation all the more. A corrupt politician can easily evade justice by defecting to APC party. Backward administration covering political criminals!

The last standing wetn?its called political prostitution.jumping from one party to another.why APC?Same party where more than half of pdp switched to.why not become independent or join a new party or any other except these rogue party.hope the voters will chase u when reelection approaches.
