Somebody should remind me what year this old man wrote the supposed exam again and what year the certificate is coming out. Please convince me that there is a system in place that gives hope to the average Nigerian

Petty minds discuss people, intelligent minds discuss ideas, technology and medical breakthroughs. What has certificate got to do with common sense and integrity? What did Jonathan do for Nigeria with his Phd Zoology? Perhaps God knows Nigeria is a jungle and gives us what we deserve. Rather than a conglomerate of people with integrity, honesty and selfless minds coming together to find permanent solutions to Nigeria’s problems, they are focusing on finding the school certificate of a leader who has been in power on and off for years, trying to salvage the country. Your youths called graduates cannot speak or write correct grammar talk less of inventing anything. Ordinary malaria is killing our children and nobody has a cure. What a joke of a country. Perhaps Buhari’s certificate will solve your problems or guarantee your children’s bleak future stolen by grossly corrupt and greedy politicians who send their children abroad and keep destroying your own with sub standard education, lack of infrastructures, technologies or medical amenities. Keep chasing shadows. I rest my case

This is part of the problems facing this Country, if anybody cannot see any wrong for number one citizen presenting a fake certificate, yes, that certificate is fake, because if someone who has contested for 3 times as number one citizen, now a sitting president and all of a sudden, certificate become an issue then we don’t need to question why they (ruling elites) see the masses as fools for saying certificate does not matter.
How can someone like Lola o whom I see as an enlightened individual come out here and be writing why should the certificate matter? And this is a must in requirements to run for president. Please, where will a blind man lead someone who is not blind?

@ Mon I am not saying that education is not important, nor do I condone falsification of documents. However, why is Buhari’s academic credentials suddenly an issue at this time if he has ruled Nigeria as former Military Head of State in the 80s and now civilian President for three years? His opponents have become desperate and will do anything to unseat him, anything except give us honest strategies how they intend to solve problems battling Nigeria. In fact, they created the problems and still don’t accept responsibility. Honestly, I prefer one of the educated younger candidates to win in order to secure a better future for Nigeria. Definitely not Atiku. What bothers me is that the same old politicians and soldiers are still controlling the electorate and determining who rules Nigeria. If certificate really guarantees performance, why couldn’t the so called Phd holders salvage the country but created more problems and misery for the majority of Nigerians? We don’t need distractions from the major issues plaguing our country at this time. Let us leave petty things alone and face topics that can ultimately lead to long lasting permanent solutions.
