A 6-year old black school girl was arrested, handcuffed and charged with minor offence in Milledgeville, Georgia on Tuesday April 17, 2012 for unruly behaviour. naijagists.com
According to the Police officers in charge, the little girl named Salecia Johnson was handcuffed after resisting arrest following a tantrum in school but instead of apologizing for such unnecessary treatment, the chief of police praised his officers for their actions.
