A top ISIS leader in Syria, Dr Wail has been killed.
According to the Pentagon, the so-called Islamic State’s most senior leader who oversaw the production of propaganda videos showing executions of captives died earlier this month.
The Airstrike was said to have took place near Raqqa on the 7th of September.
Dr Wail was a close associate of IS strategist Abu Muhammad al-Adnani, who was killed in an air strike in August.
