Ex-Oil Minister Diezani Steals $15Billion In Nigeria’s Oil Sale To India, Indian HC Exposes Her

diezani $15 billion nigeria oil india

August 24, 2015 – Former Petroleum Minister Allison Diezani Looted, Embezzelled $15 Billion Of Nigeria’s Oil Sale To India, Indian High Commissioner Exposes Her

The Indian High Commissioner to Nigeria, Ajjampur R. Ghanashyam, has revealed the dubious practice by former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Allison Madueke in selling crude to India through intermediaries, thus denying Nigeria’s treasury of the full proceed.

India is now Nigeria’s number one crude buyer, an importation that grosses $15 billion yearly. But under Diezani Alison-Madueke, commission agents creamed away some of the billions, when Nigeria’s treasury ought to have enjoyed the full benefit. Nigeria is the only oil producing nation selling its oil this way. Other nations make the sale, country-country.

“From other countries, when we buy oil, whatever we want to pay, we pay to the Ministry of Finance of that country. In Nigeria, we pay to intermediaries. We would like to be dealing directly with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). It’s not a good thing. Why should we go through intermediaries?

“Secondly, we would also like to have long term agreement, which we have with many countries: Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and other countries from where we buy oil. Nigeria is the only country with whom we don’t have an agreement. .. When we write a letter to NNPC, we don’t get a response,” Ghanashyam told Nigeria’s newspaper, Daily Trust.

The newspaper quoting NNPC 2014 Annual Statistical Bulletin reported that India bought 136,419,844 barrels of crude oil from Nigeria. The relationship continues.

The Indian High Commissioner added that apart from the lack of long-term agreement between the two countries on crude oil purchases, in 2006, an Indian company, Oil & Natural Gas Commission Videsh Limited (OVL) and Mittal Energy International, which is a joint venture between OVL, an Indian government company, and Mittal Energy a private firm, applied for oil concession. The Signature bonus sum of $25 million was paid, but neither was the oil concession granted nor the money paid returned to the Indian companies.

“How many years is it? Nine years. Even to get the concession is not possible, and the money is not refunded to us. For nine years your country has been sitting on this, and they make us go round and round and round. We buy $15 billion worth of crude oil per year and we have the potential of importing $50 billion worth of crude oil from Nigeria. We can buy more because our requirement is going up.

But if you continue to make us to pay through agents, and continue to ask us to buy from the swap market, it means you don’t trust us, and if you don’t trust us, we have to look for those who trust us more. We are making concessions to Nigeria by buying your crude oil because you’re our old friends and we’ve been friends for a long time, and your crude oil is better quality. But you must take our interest into account.”

It is a sad thing to see people like criminal Alison Madueke and many other stealing billions of dollars from our oil revenue for their own use. What on earth will a single individual do with a billion dollars while over 180 millions of our people are living less than a dollar per day and in abject poverty? This is beyond my imagination, and this is why Nigeria will not prosper if the demon of corruption is not destroy from our leaders at all levels of government. This animal offered voluntarily to release $250 millions dollars in order to cut a deal with PMB administration. It is high time for all Nigerian citizens to disregard tribalism, religious intolerance, and other division, and come together as people of destiny to reclaim back our beloved nation from criminal and corrupt politicians. There is no way this woman and many other bastards will escape God’s divine judgements and jail terms for looting the nation to bankruptcy in just six years of a dummy in power. In four years to come, Nigerian people from all tribes, languages and religious will thank Jehovah for bringing President Buhari back to clean up mess and corruption of over thirty years. Jonathan administration was a corruption on steroid to destroy the destiny, security, economic growth and development of Nigeria. I thank God Almighty for His love for Nigeria and His divine intervention to bring back this great Nigeria called President Muhammad Buhari. Why? Four more years of criminal, low IQ,and incompetent Jonathan will have brings inreversible calamity to Nigeria and her suffering masses. May God preserve, protect, guide, and direct PMB steps to rescue us from six years of Badluck Jonathan setbacks, corruption, insecurity, looting, money laundering operations, mismanagement, and bad governance. OBJ paved way to a dummy for his own selfish interests. Can you imagine what positive impacts a billion dollars will have in our economy, education, security, and infrastructure? This is shameful.

Isn’t it high time that you paid-Jonathan campaigners shut up and start seeing the fast moving train that will by God’s mercy crush your boss and his cronies for what they brought upon this country. The more you support him, the more you increase the anger of the masses and their resolve to get justice. This onslaught on corruption is broad and will catch every corrupt leader involved including Obasanjo. So if you want to help Jonathan then shut up or if not please continue to add fuel to the trouble the man is already in.

Hello Brother Bezo, it is a very difficult tasks for any serious and committed government like that of President Buhari to bring back home all of the looted funds deposited in foreign banks accounts by vagabond in power. Why? Foreign government like the U.S, European countries, Asia, and many more use those free money to improve their own economy, rebuild their infrastructure, conduct meaningful research and development, and for weaponry. They then sell those products back to us at a higher rates. Returning that kind of money back to Buhari administration is going to cause them some financial setbacks and difficulties. PMB will be extremely lucky to retrieve about 20% of our looted funds back home with the help of international community of nations mostly the United States. But what we can do from this time forth, is to prevent any more looting of national treasure by our criminal and corrupt politicians. Right now, our nation is extremely lucky, highly favored, and very blessed to have this great Nigerian citizen-PMB and vice president Osinbajo as our elected leaders. The task of rebuilding Nigeria is a very difficult challenge, but I’m pretty sure that PMB will not disappoint us because he truly love this nation. With God help and empowerment, he will not fall God and Nigerian masses.

I don’t understand what people of Nigeria have done to this woman by subjecting them to unnecessary cruel and suffering. The reason is that our source of revenue in this Country is mainly from crude oil and this woman alone has been pocketing these money without accounting to the federal government. If this woman is left alone to continue with her wishes, she will mortgage this Country before those in power aware of anything. I knew this earlier when this woman volunteered to surrender $250,000 from the stolen money, I knew this woman wanted to part away with only crumbs of what she had stolen. I give this man Mr. Ghanashyam credit for at least unveiled what has been going in our oil sector. This woman hired an intermediary to siphon our money while people are crying of austerity measures. Can you imagine if this woman is left to take control of our oil for another four years, that means we are totally doom as a Nation. PMB should not rescind his decision to probe these thrives otherwise people will not take this government serious. He may decide to give them amnesty in lieu to prosecution if they surrender the stolen money or the justice will take its course.

When shall Nigerians drop tribalism and unnecessary sentiment to their sense of judgement.
God pls help this nation. Almost all the commentators are Yorubas attacking her simply because she is Igbo.

I think Nigeria should adopt the Chinese system whereby misuse of office and miss appropriation of government funds should be punishable by death. this is way too much, these sort of people drive our youths to desperation,to deal in drugs and some risk their life trying to cross from Libya to Europe in search of better life, this is callous. And upon all these revelations you will still find some people defending these rouges with whataboutries.

    Nigerian Government is Smart.

Keep intermediate in between YOUR oil and other countries!!

Protect you oil within the hands of you own country, and don’t trust anyone.

I would rather have a Nigerian getting rich, then some American Company with Indian front men.
