Sept 23, 2014 – Nigerian Lawyers Sued President Goodluck Jonathan “He’s Unqualified For 2nd Term, Reelection In 2015”
President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has been sued by two Human Right Activists and lawyers over his plan to run for reelection.
The move is stop Jonathan from running for office after ruling Nigeria for 5 full years.
Recall that the President was sworn in after the death of Yar’Adua in 2010.
If he wins reelection in 2015, by the end of his term, Jonathan would have ruled Nigeria for complete 10 years.
The lawyers cited that the constitution of Nigeria does not permit any man to be President beyond 8 years.
The case has been filed at the Supreme Court in Abuja pending hearing.

As a matter of fact Jonathan should not even pursue for reelection because he has proved his failure during the five year term as president of Nigeria. He shouldn’t even claim that he has won the fight of Boko Haram.Let him produce the chibok girls now.

my fellow Nigerians, we are suffering not because we are not bless but because of our selfishness,GEJ came in what he did was to increase the petrol that every comon man need in this country,introducing hardship to the entire nation, no job instead we have loose the litle we are managing with because of boko haram, no good road instead all we hear is looting among the government,please my brother iam writing to you from Malaysia if you are Muslim knee down and start praying and christains knee down we need a good leader, lets stop voting because this is my brother or from my state noooo if Nigeria becomes good you will not even look for your brother to get a job. please my brother thank you.
