Showbiz Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo To Sue Busola Dakolo Over Rape Allegation
The founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Abuja, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, has threatened to sue celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo, for alleging he raped her as a 16-year-old.
Busola Dakolo, wife of soul singer, Timi, shocked the nation on Friday morning when he alleged Fatoyinbo raped her serially as a teenager while in Ilorin, capital of Kwara state.
In the You Tube video interview he granted Chude Jideonwo, Dakolo claimed the incidents left her shattered and traumatised.
The viral video attracted wide criticisms and outrage on social media with many commentators calling for Fatoyinbo’s head.
But Fatoyinbo finally broke his silence on Friday evening, denying he did rape Busola or anyone for that matter.
In a statement, the embattled Pastor said:
“I have never in my life raped anybody, even as an unbeliever and I am absolutely innocent of this.
“Busola Dakolo, who has made this false allegation and her family attended the church during the early start of the church in Ilorin in 1999.
“I never had any private interactions with her beyond my pastoral duties. Looking at her status and that of her husband, I am dumbfounded why she would say such a thing.”
The pastor further threatened to sue Busola Dakola for spreading damaging falsehood against him and the church.
According to him:
“The leadership of the church and I have briefed our lawyers to commence criminal and civil actions against all individual making such false allegations whether directly or by proxies.
“We will as a church pursue every measure within the ambits of the law to bring the culprits to justice.”

omo,cool down though i dont understand why a lady will keep such claims till this time.pastoral duties is now an entertainment center,riding on opulence and living flamboyant lifestyle..This is not christlike.let the matter head to court and woe betide him if another lady comes out with a proof of intimacy.Time to sanitize the santuary.

GOOD THOUGHT @IRON BAR! WHY DID she have to wait this long before coming out open? The pastor could be guilty, though. Seems that many prominent men these days had involved themselves with underage sexcapades.

COUPLED WITH THE FACT THAT SHE IS not the only woman who has accused him on this, I think the court needs to determine this case as a matter of urgency.

Why is it that you people who claimed to be holy pastors, miracle workers and whatever always run to court when issues of this nature pump up, what happens to your magic prayers and blah blah blah if you know you are innocent…
All of you are working hand in hand with politicians, running to court to use your connection to close the case.

As surely as the Lord lives and His Spirit lives, many are going to start coming out to let the world know what the man has been doing.
This is Spiritual. His foundation is finally cutting up with him. The ifa demons are ready to revenge because they are raging against him now and they are using the arrow of shame and disgrace to bring him down.
The only way out for him is to go and do what 2 Chronicles 7:14 says, if not there will be a show down for him after the order of prophet of Baal at mount caramel.

This is not the first time this Pastor will be accused of Rape. One of the Church victims came out and confessed that this Pastor took advantage of her in one of their evangelism trip oversea but the public did not pay attention and the matter died down. If people have been following the pattern of Rape allegation against this guy, they will understand that this guy is not suppose to be called a Pastor. This case has gone viral to the extent that his members of Church are demanding for his resignation. I believe this time around God himself wants to remove him from that sacred position.
I have said it many times that people should not place any Pastor above themselves. At times you may be more honored and worthy than many pastors but some followers could not understand that because they have embedded themselves in mental slavery. Even the white people who brought the religion to Africa continents are not extreme as we are in Africa. We act like Jesus lived and died in Africa also we went as far as idolizing clergy men for nothing. Lots of people go to church in UK, US, Italy and other western countries, they are not an extremists as we are. It was a big surprise to me that some women were questioning this young lady that came out boldly to report this crime that why did she waited so long to report the incident? Or why did she wants to bring the man of God down. These are the women who suppose to stand by this young lady. We are so naïve in this Country to the extent that we exempt those Pastors of any wrong doing and vilifying those who wanted to set the record straight.
