NAF on Monday said it has airlifted scores of Boko Haram hostages from the Sambisa Forest following the capture of the forest (Camp Zairo) by troops of Operation Lafiya Dole.

The Nigerian Air Force spokesman, AVM Adesanya Olatokunbo revealed this in a statement issued in Abuja.

He added that the rescued captives including children, aged women and mothers were taken to Maiduguri for medical treatment.
