Well, at least better than nothing. One thing about Ebonyi is there are more female labourers than male. The poverty in that land is nothing to write home about. Of all the eastern states, Ebonyi is the poorest. Lets just say this one pregnant labourer was lucky because there are so many of them. Ebonyi governor, thank u for this one so we wont be unnecessarily critical of ur gesture but remember the promises you made to your people sha. Just saying…
