Legendary soul singer estate in West Bloomfield has been put for sale on Realtor.com

The Queen of Soul’s Colonial-style home has five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and is more than 4,100 square feet. It was also reported that the home has white marble floors and black stone countertops. In addition to that, hardwood flooring that runs throughout the house leading to floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking two small ponds and the gated community’s lap pool.

Franklin, who died in August at the age of 76, was living at her Riverfront Towers in Detroit when she died from advanced pancreatic cancer.

Her tangible assets include several pieces of property in the Detroit area that according to tax assessors’ estimates are worth at least $2 million.

The Queen of Soul died without a will.
