I dont think kim would use a spanx that would flat that ass out .. Thats a girdle with holes cut out of the ass cheeks a lot of my fellow models use them in vid shoots and things of that nature !! They tighten up them thighs as well as enhance the ass by forcing the butt cheeks out .. So i believe she does where butt enhancers !! Thats the only way shes gonna get attention from the black guys.. Without that ass she jus another pretty face !! Dime a dozen!!

She paid for her butt (fat transfers, if you look it up you see how her tummy is super sculpted and looks fat elsewhere).
